Having been called upon, representatives from our company will visit the client. We will inquire about the various problems that the client faces. Based on the problems from different sections within client's company, our system development professionals will deliberate with client's staff and grasp an understanding of client's current situation, and arrange a list of client's problems. We will then submit a proposal/quotation that includes workflow, execution details, execution procedures, execution period, system development details, and development costs. Based on our proposal, we will have the client make final considerations. At this time, in order to make the system application even more convenient and easy to use, we will join client's staff to generate a development plan together. Once client has approved system development proposal, a project team exclusive to the client will be formed. Business operations, scheduling, system design, and system development details will be arranged. In addition, to ensure smooth business operations for the client, scrupulous arrangements will be made with representatives from each specialty field within our company. Upon completion of system development, necessary manuals and documentation will be submitted along with the installation of the system. A test drive will be conducted for a period of a few weeks to a few months (depending on the system), alongside of client's normal business operations. After the installation and test drive of the new system, upon client request, we will add and modify functionality in order to further simplify business processes and increase efficiency.
